Speaking to the hosts of U.S. news network MSNBC on Tuesday morning, Ontario Premier Doug Ford offered an apology to the American people for his response to Trump’s “unprovoked attack on our country.” Ford further intimated that more news may be coming on the electricity tax front, saying only “stay tuned.” On Tuesday morning, U.S. President Donald Trump increased tariffs on aluminum and steel coming on from Canada a further 50 per cent.
