Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman on Monday said Lyle and Erik Menendez must fully acknowledge lies they told about the shotgun murder of their parents 35 years ago before he would support their release from prison. "The district attorney's office, if it is presented with these new insights — unequivocal, sincere acknowledgments of all the lies they have told for the past over 30-years — will reconsider whether or not we would want to go forward with a resentencing motion," Hochman said during a press conference.
