B.C. family’s lawsuit against ICBC challenging the insurers no-fault system

There’s no shortage of British Columbians upset over car insurance these days. You and I call it no-fault insurance, a system meant to take the lawsuits out of road crashes. The province calls it enhanced care. But as Angela Jung reports, one B.C. family is taking on ICBC in court and by extension, the entire no-fault system.
