Some parents in Coquitlam are no longer wondering when Hazel Trembath Elementary will be rebuilt, but if. The school was left a pile of ashes after a fire a year and a half ago. Since then, precious little work has been done on the site, leading parents to launch a petition to get their local school back. Grace Ke reports.
