Close to 900 new housing units destined for Montreal’s vulnerable population

Montreal is home to a new initiative to help build permanent housing for some of the city’s most vulnerable people. Close too 900 subsidized units will soon see the light of day. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, demand for housing continues to outweigh supply.
