Minnie’s Hope reopens to better serve Indigenous youth in two northern Quebec communities

A new building to house healthcare and social services for youth now open in Northern Quebec. It replaces an older structure and, according to officials, is one more step in addressing a growing need among Indigenous communities. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, the move is expected to increase access to services closer to home for young patients.
