Board members push for improved communication with more TTC delays on the horizon

Dozens of planned closures are expected on the TTC over the upcoming year to address and prevent future service disruptions. Ahead of that, two board members say the TTC needs to make improvements in its communication to avoid leaving passengers guessing when it comes to their options. Matthew Bingley reports.
