Two NATO ships departed Copenhagen, Denmark on Monday to patrol the Baltic Sea after an undersea fibre optic cable between Sweden and Latvia was cut over the weekend. The Bulgarian shipping company Navigation Maritime Bulgare denies its ship’s crew intentionally severed the cable.
