Youth and Technology: 2024 a record-breaking year for ALERT’s ICE unit

Over the past number of years, the number of reports of child exploitation in Alberta have increased with 2024 being a record-breaking year. Jonathan Morrison, an acting inspector with ALERT’s ICE unit, joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton to talk more about the increasing numbers and what can be done to help mitigate the risk to children.
