Local society creates sisterhood for immigrant women

After coming to B.C. as a refugee from Nigeria, Matilda Williams-Obiajunwa started the Sisters in Canada Wellness Society to uplift immigrant women struggling to find a sense of community. Global’s Safeeya Pirani learns about how the group has expanded in a short amount of time, and the positive impact its having on newcomers.
