A judge has ruled that Alpha Henry is responsible for fatally stabbing his parents and trying to kill his brother in September 2022. The judge rejected Alpha’s defence that his brother was responsible and said the case against him was overwhelming. As Catherine McDonald reports, defence will now argue that he should get a Not criminally responsible assessment.
