Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre spoke publicly Thursday for the first time since Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his intent to resign as leader of the Liberal party and as prime minister. Poilievre spoke about the Liberal leadership race and said “Let’s get this decision out of the way. We need certainty now. We cannot wait.” He also slammed many of the rumoured Trudeau replacements, including Chrystia Freeland and Mark Carney, saying “They’re all Justin Trudeau.”
