Lone suspect in double Halifax homicide wanted by Toronto police, had Ontario criminal record

The lone suspect in a Halifax double homicide was wanted by Toronto police. Matthew Costain, who police say died of a self-inflicted wound, was wanted in relation to a North York nightclub shooting in 2019. Catherine McDonald reports.
