Emergency rooms across Quebec are reporting serious overcrowding, with many operating at close to 200 per cent capacity on Saturday. Patients are having to wait hours for help, or in some cases, being sent home without seeing a doctor. Plus, a potential strike is looming at colleges in Ontario as faculty edge closer to the picket lines. The Ontario Public Service employees union issued a five-day strike notice on Friday.
