President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has pointed his finger at Russia’s military, claiming they were responsible for the Azerbaijan Airlines crash that occurred in Kazakhstan on Christmas Day and killed 38 people. Though Aliyev said Sunday that he thinks Russia shot the plane down unintentionally, he has accused Moscow of trying to “hush up” the issue for several days.
