Baltic Sea sabotage: ‘Russian shadow fleet’ ship suspected of cutting undersea cable

Russia is drawing attention over the suspected sabotage of undersea cables in northern Europe. Finland’s Coast Guard has seized a ship it believes had severed electric and Internet cables on Christmas Day. A ship the European Union says is part of Russia’s “shadow fleet.” Redmond Shannon reports.
