Indian law enforcement agencies are investigating alleged links between colleges in Canada and two “entities” in Mumbai accused of illegally ferrying students across the Canada-United States border. The investigation was launched after a 39-year-old Indian man was found dead along with his wife and two children near a border crossing between Manitoba and the U.S. in 2022. Last month, two men were found guilty in connection with that case.
