Opposition members in South Korea’s parliament submitted a motion on Thursday to impeach Han Duck-soo, the country’s prime minister and acting president. The challenge to Duck-soo comes after he refused to appoint three justices to fill the Constitutional Court bench that is reviewing the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol.
