What motivated the German Christmas market attack?

Investigators say five people were killed, including a nine-year-old girl, in an attack in Germany when a car rammed into a crowd at a Christmas market. More than 200 others were injured, 40 of whom are in critical condition. And more is being revealed about the man police have arrested — but there are still questions about what might have motivated the apparent attack. Bianca Facchinei has the details.
