Alberta government creates homelessness advisory panel

An Alberta minister says the funding model for helping communities tackle homelessness is outdated. As more areas needs help, the province is ensuring funding will be provided directly by the Alberta government. It’s also introducing a group of experts to help guide next steps. Morgan Black reports.
