‘Paris HIlton Bill’ overwhelmingly passes in US House

Reality TV star and hotel heiress Paris Hilton is using her platform to help thousands of children in residential centers. She was in Washington Wednesday as lawmakers overwhelmingly approved a bill to regulate the kind of youth treatment facility where Hilton says she was kept as a teenager.
