Planned power outage in Lunenburg, N.S. drags on, leaving residents in cold

Many people living in Lunenburg and surrounding communities were left in the dark over the weekend as a planned power outage dragged on much longer than expected. For some, power was out for 24 hours, as temperatures outside plummeted. Mitchell Bailey reports.
