On Wednesday morning, Canada’s central bank is scheduled to deliver its final interest rate decision of the year. It is expected that the rate will drop once more. Bank of Canada Governor Tiff Macklem will speak on the decision and if they deliver the sizeable cut that markers are expecting, how the Canadian dollar could have further to fall.
