Concordia study reveals mothers’ impact on children’s language exposure

If you’re a parent you might feel pressure to raise bilingual children and to do so you may have followed a traditional one-parent-one-language approach. However, a new Concordia University study reveals that bilingual Montreal families are charting their own path, with mothers having a big impact on children’s language exposure. The study’s lead author, Andrea Sander-Montant, joins Global News Morning’s host Laura Casella with the interesting details.
