Ward 3 elects new councillor in Saint John

Saint John’s Ward 3 residents have elected Mariah Darling as their new councillor – bringing promises of change. Having earned 32 per cent of the votes, Darling was one of 11 candidates running for the job. Reeti Meenakshi Rohilla reports.
