Emotional regulation in a world of social media

World events, social media, and daily arguments with loved ones can lead us to have difficulty with our ability to regulate our emotions. For those who are neurodivergent or on the autism spectrum, these things pose an even greater challenge. Terri Duncan, executive director of Children’s Autism Services, joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton to talk more about her upcoming book focusing on regulating emotions.
