It was chaos south of the border Sunday with more than 60 cm of snow being dumped on parts the North East and Midwest United States. It’s led to numerous cancelled flights and highway shutdowns on one of the busiest travel weekends of the year after Americans celebrated Thanksgiving Thursday. Parts of Upstate New York have declared a state emergency while a disaster declaration has been announced in some parts of Pennsylvania.
