B.C. police chiefs withdrawing support for the decriminalization of hard drugs

B.C.’s police chiefs have performed a high-profile “about face”, on a controversial pilot project in this province. As Paul Johnson reports, police chiefs at a national and provincial level have now withdrawn their support for the decriminalization of hard drugs for personal use, insisting it’s simply not working.
