‘Project of the century’: Macron tours newly restored Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris

French President Emmanuel Macron toured the newly restored Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris on Friday, half a decade after a fire ripped through the 860-year-old Gothic building. “You have all participated in the project of the century,” he told artisans who gathered in the church.
