Suspect in e-bike ‘smash and grab’ allegedly connected to Vancouver Island case

There is shock and disbelief from a small business owner on Vancouver Island, whose store was robbed in a “smash and grab” this summer. However she found out on Friday, she’s not the only one targeted in the same dramatic fashion, allegedly by the same suspect.
