Vancouver city council is being asked to revisit a policy designed to drastically cut future greenhouse gas emissions. Starting as early as next year, new buildings are to be built without gas fireplaces or hot water heaters.
But as Grace Ke reports, a simple yes/no vote this week could undo a plan approved almost a decade ago.
