‘There is no dictatorship’ in Belarus, President Lukashenko says

Speaking to university students in Minsk on Friday, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko shot down longstanding Western depictions of his ruling style, claiming that “there is no dictatorship” in Belarus and that “there can’t be.”
