Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has confirmed Employment Minister Randy Boissonnault was officially out from his Liberal cabinet. Boissonnault “stepped down from cabinet” to focus on “clearing” recent allegations pitted against him, Trudeau claimed. The allegations, which were first reported by Global News, involve Boissonnault’s former business, Global Health Imports — co-founded with Stephen Anderson in early 2020 after Boissonnault lost his seat in the 2019 election.
