Ahead of the 16 days of activism against gender-based violence, there is a campaign being launched in York Region to educate the public about the dangers of strangulation. It has been identified as one of the most lethal forms of domestic violence and one of the best predictors of homicide or femicide. Caryn Lieberman reports.
