Tracy Sims has spent more than three years fighting to have the death of her 18-year-old daughter, Samantha Krysia Sims-Somerville, ruled a homicide after it was initially rules an accident. She says the recent ruling is “bittersweet” and she hopes it will prompt police to dig deeper into the case.
