At a Thursday press conference discussing the Taylor Swift “Eras” Tour concert series in Toronto, Deputy Police Chief Lauren Pogue said “that you can expect a significant and visible police presence throughout the concert week.” Asked about possible threats from ISIS following the cancellation of concerts in Vienna, Austria in August, Pogue said Toronto police are “continuously monitoring any potential threats and there are no threats at this time.”
