‘Cooking Up Calm’ pairs food with strategies to mitigate anxiety

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us turned to new hobbies, habits and ways to cope. A common thread for many of us was food. Dr. Gail Low from MacEwan University knows that well. To cope during the pandemic she turned to the two things that came naturally to her: cooking and research. She joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton to talk more about her new book.
