U.S. Vice-President Kamala Harris and New York representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have condemned comments made by a comedian at a New York City rally for former president Donald Trump on Sunday. While attempting to warm up the crowd before Trump took the stage, American comedian Tony Hinchcliffe disparaged Latinos and Puerto Ricans after calling the U.S. state a “floating island of garbage.”
