Kawartha Haliburton Children’s Aid Society board resigns after Ontario government installs supervisor

The entire Board of Directors for the Kawartha Haliburton Children’s Aid Society has stepped down effective immediately. It’s in response to the Ontario government installing a new supervisor. While the government says finances need to be managed better, the agency claims it’s been underfunded. Germain Ma reports.
