Five years after 16-year-old Matthew Dreaver was killed in what police called an intentional hit-and-run, a renewed appeal from police and the victim’s family. As Catherine McDonald reports, detectives say they are looking to speak to the passenger of the suspect vehicle who got out of the SUV before Matthew was hit.
