During a Georgia rally for Democratic U.S. presidential candidate Kamala Harris on Thursday, former president Barack Obama described Republican candidate Donald Trump as a “wannabe king” and “wannabe dictator,” and cautioned what a second term under his leadership might look like. “He acts so crazy and it’s become so common that people no longer take it seriously,” Obama said.
