Warnings in place, roads closed, flooded as atmospheric river pummels B.C.South Coast

A reception centre has been set up in North Vancouver for residents displaced by today’s storm. Municipalities on the North Shore advise people not to travel on Saturday, as torrents of water have made roads impassable. Julia Foy reports.
