A 30-year-old man remains in custody tonight after allegedly assaulting a tourist in downtown Vancouver. The 35-year-old victim was in an area typically busy with tourists on a sunny long weekend morning. As Catherine Urquhart reports, the suspect has already been convicted for similar incidents and even commented on social media how "lucky" he was to still not be in jail.
