South Korea’s unification ministry denounced North Korea’s destruction of inter-Korean roads on Tuesday, labelling the move “very abnormal” and strongly condemning the action. “North Korea is fully responsible for the explosion that cut off the inter-Korean roads and railways,” the ministry’s spokesperson Koo Byoung-Sam said at a briefing in Seoul.
