Surrey School Board looking at phasing out traditonal schools

Faced with soaring enrolment and not enough class spaces, the Surrey School Board is considering the controversial move of of transitioning its three traditional schools to regular elementary schools. As Grace Ke reports, not surprisingly, some parents are not happy with the idea.
