PC leader visits northern ridings ahead of New Brunswick election

New Brunswick PC Leader Blaine Higgs is in the midst of a northern campaign swing, in an area where he hasn’t fared well in past elections. But Higgs is appealing to voters in the Francophone north to consider making a change. Silas Brown reports.
