Montrealer living in Tampa provides Hurricane Milton update

Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida Wednesday night as a Category 3 storm, causing widespread destruction and power failures. The extent of the damage is not yet known as officials will be surveying the wrath of Milton Thursday morning. Milton is now considered a category 1 storm as it has left the state of Florida. Former Montreal resident Louivannah Levasseur who now lives in Tampa joins Global News Morning’s host Laura Casella with an update.
