Opposition House Leader Andrew Scheer said Liberals had “paralyzed Parliament” by refusing to hand over documents to the RCMP, despite a ruling to do so by House Speaker Greg Fergus. The House as a result has been seized with a debate over documents related to a now-defunct foundation responsible for dolling out hundreds of millions of federal dollars for green technology projects.
