At least seven people were killed in a shooting attack in the Jaffa neighbourhood of Tel Aviv on Tuesday. Police said the attack was carried out by two Palestinians from Hebron in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. As Jeff Semple reports, the incident occurred moments before Iran sent a barrage of missiles across Israel.
