New efforts are being made to try and clean up the Lake of Two Mountains. Local elected officials and environmentalists have made a move to improve the lake’s water quality by signing a charter. As Tim Sargeant reports, the new deal comes as toxic waste continues to be dumped illegally near the lake’s shoreline.
